著名考古学家张光直指出:
“很少有别的文化像中国文化那样，以食物为取向，而且这种取向似乎与中国文化一样古老。从古至今，中国美食文化见证了时代的变化，人的悲欢聚散，食物也在不断更新变化，牵挂着每个人，而唯一不变的是情怀。
人对美食的情感，从感恩情怀到人文情怀同时亦是精神慰籍地方特色菜便是见证东方名族文化发展的重要文化产物。
Zhang Guangzhi, a famous archaeologist, pointed out that:
"Few other cultures are food oriented like Chinese culture, and this orientation seems to be as old as Chinese culture. From ancient times to the present, Chinese food culture has witnessed the changes of the times.
People's joys and sorrows have come to an end, and food has been constantly updated and changed, caring for everyone, but the only thing that remains unchanged is feelings.
People's feelings for food, from gratitude to humanistic feelings, are also spiritual consolation. Local specialties witness the East An important cultural product of the development of famous ethnic cultures.

餐厅空间不是简单的符号堆积，如何建立人与空间的情感链接 (共同语言)，获得情感寄托与交流，是设计者需要考量的重点。满月餐厅,明月是古往今来情感共同的寄托，负载着一代人的故事。
Restaurant space is not a simple symbol accumulation. How to establish an emotional link (common language) between people and space to obtain emotional sustenance and communication is the key point that designers need to consider. The full moon restaurant, the bright moon is a common emotional sustenance through the ages, carrying the story of a generation.
餐厅以“江南依旧烟雨梦，如今你我共享楼中月"为概念主题。用现代建构方式结合感性手法打造一个与每个美食品尝者情感与味蕾的双向链接空间。
The concept theme of the restaurant is "Jiangnan is still a misty and rainy dream, and now you and I share the moon in the building". The restaurant uses modern construction methods and emotional techniques to create a two-way link space with each food taster's emotion and taste buds.
早期文明，人们就开始用食物供奉神灵以及祖先来传递一种超越时空都无法改变的怀念与感恩情怀“竹外桃花三两枝，春江水暖鸭先知。萎蒿满地芦芽短，正是河豚欲上时。这么多年四季轮回，苏东坡的朋体已经消亡很久，但每天还有很多人怀念东坡肉。
In early civilization, people began to use food to worship gods and ancestors to convey a kind of remembrance and gratitude that could not be changed beyond time and space. "There are three or two peach blossoms outside the bamboo, and the spring river is warm, and the duck is a prophet. The withered tarragon is everywhere, and the reed buds are short, which is just when the puffer fish wanted to go. Over the years of reincarnation, Su Dongpo's friends have died for a long time, but many people still miss Dongpo meat every day.
由此可见美食不仅彰显一种人文情怀，更带给人一种精神慰藉。无锡这座蕴育历史文化韵味的城市，当地美食文化同样具有深厚独特的东方韵味。
It can be seen that food not only shows a kind of humanistic feelings, but also brings a kind of spiritual comfort. Wuxi, a city with historical and cultural charm, has a profound and unique oriental flavor in its local food culture.
